or equipment. Do not attempt any of the stunts that are shown on this website.
These stunts are done by professional riders and should not be performed without
expert training and the highest level of safety protection. BamaBoggers does
not support riding ATV's without helmets, safety gear, and under the influence
of alcohol.
By accepting this agreement, you agree that BamaBoggers cannot be held responsible
for any damages to equipment, injury to persons, or other damages resulting
in ATV riding and/or Club Membership. Becoming a Club Member of the BamaBoggers
does not induce any liability of the Club Organization or it's affiliates, sponsors,
and visitors. By accepting this policy you understand that ATV riding is dangerous
and BamaBoggers shall not be held liable for the descriptions above.
